We get to know ourselves through our experiences. Most of our brain functions outside conscious awareness and we often react to situations from prior “learned” experiences/memory. How we act/re-act and what we attract into our lives is usually determined by the information that’s stored in our subconscious, which is really running the show. Even if there are infinite possibilities in front of us, we habitually focus on those consistent with our earlier experiences; the thoughts, beliefs, perceptions and coping mechanisms that were created at a younger age. Most often we aren’t aware of what’s going on in our subconscious and we are blindly reacting from old thought patterns, some of which are still beneficial to our well being while others are not.
Our wounds or triggers aren’t bad; they are showing us areas where we’ve disconnected from our source, narrowed our point of view and have identified with certain thoughts, feelings, beliefs and perceptions. These emotions are actually a gift; they are assisting us in becoming aware of the thoughts that aren’t in alignment with who we truly are. By replacing judgments with compassion and Love, reframing misunderstandings, forgiving ourselves and others and updating our beliefs, our lives begin to flow more easily and naturally and we ultimately come into alignment with who we truly are. What may seem like a difficult situation in the moment often turns out to be a blessing, something that is assisting us in clearing memory/thought patterns that no longer serve us, allowing us to live as our true magnificence.
Since every behavior is motivated by a positive intention, when we acknowledge what we’re feeling with compassion and love and we comfort the child within, a Healing and Loving integration naturally takes place, allowing us to experience Self Love and Inner Peace. Our inner being only knows love and when we are aligned with our inner being we feel Loved, Lovable and Loving and we easily and naturally begin to experience more Peace, Love, Joy and Happiness in all areas of our lives, in “Essence” we are Living in the Loving.
“In the Healing is the Loving, in the Loving is the Healing”
